Minimum Disclosure Norms for the Colleges of Higher Education
The college holds attractive offers to academically excellent performers: |
- No Tuition Fee: for 90% or above in PCM at 12th standard or UPSEE rank up to 4000.
- Scholarship of Rs. 2,000/= per month for 85% or above in PCM at 12th standard or UPSEE rank up to 10,000.
- Scholarship of Rs. 1,000/= per month for 80% or above in PCM at 12th standard.

Combined Admission Test
Admissions in B.Tech are governed as per government norms. Seats are allotted on the basis of the student's merit in the combined admission test of respective examination body
Examination bodies to conduct admission tests are:
M. Tech. - Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) & U. P. Technical University, Lucknow.
B. Tech. - Uttar Pardesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE), U. P. Technical University, Lucknow.
Direct Admission
The basic qualification with a superior record is required. The RGEC reserve the rights to accept or decline an admission if it may tend to affect the quality of the student class. Direct Admission (Under Management Seats) is open for limited period and for limited seats. RGEC grant direct admission as per government norms for which students have to register themselves at the respective institute. The details and registration form can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 1000/- (by post of Rs. 1000/-).
Eligibility (For B.Tech Courses)

50% in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following Subjects: Chemistry/Bio-Tech, Computer Science & Biology. |

Eligibility (For M.Tech Course)
(i) For General / OBC candidates 60 % marks in Graduation in Engg. or Technology or equivalent.
(ii) For SC/ST candidates 55 % marks in Graduation in Engg. or Technology or equivalent.
(iii) For admission to M.Tech. (Computer Science), candidates having degree of Master of Computer Application (MCA), M.Sc. (CS) or M.Sc. (IT) with at least 60% marks for General/OBC candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates are also eligible.
The equivalency of any degree for admission to any programme will be decided by University.
The eligibility criteria given above are minimum and mere possessing the same does not qualify the eligibility for admissions. University may prescribe any other requirements over and above these conditions.
NOTE:
1. Candidates with above qualifications and with Valid GATE score will be given first preference in admission.
2. Graduates in Engineering / Technology will be given second preference in admission.

Documents required to be submitted at the time of admission are
1) Mark sheet (High School, Intermediate).
2) Migration/Transfer Certificate (Original).
3) 6 Latest Photograph (Facing the Camera).
4) Admit Card/Score Card of Qualifying Examination.
